First things first: 1,000 subscribers aren’t enough to monetise

- 4,000 valid public watch hours in the last 12 months, or 10 million valid Shorts views in the last 90 days.

Keep the numbers consistent
Subscribers don’t watch your videos, so the view counter doesn’t move with them. A channel with 10,000 subscribers and 40 views per video catches the eye of anyone who looks. If you buy subscribers, think about views for your videos and likes too, in proportion.
The risk, plainly
YouTube’s fake engagement policy prohibits buying subscribers, views, likes or watch time.
