In compliance with Article 10 of Ley 34/2002, de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y del Comercio Electrónico (LSSI-CE, the Spanish Information Society Services and E-commerce Act), the website DoyMedia.com and the services provided on it are operated by the company identified at the top of this page.

The official channel for any communication (support, complaints, exercising your data protection rights or formal notices) is the email address contacto@doymedia.com. You can also use the contact form, which goes to the same inbox.

Activity: promotion of profiles and content on social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and X). DoyMedia is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok Ltd., ByteDance, Google LLC, X Corp. or any of the platforms mentioned.

2. Purpose

This legal notice governs access to and use of the website by anyone who visits it, browses it or makes a purchase. Using the website means accepting this legal notice. Purchases are governed by the terms and conditions, which you accept when you pay. The privacy policy explains how we process your data, and the cookie policy explains which cookies we use and how you can decide about them.

The nature of the service, delivery times, the refill guarantee, refunds and payment methods are explained in the terms and conditions.

3. Use of the website

Access to the website is free of charge; the services offered on it are paid for. Anyone who uses it undertakes to do so lawfully and in good faith, not to use it for activities contrary to the law or to the rights of third parties, and not to introduce malicious software or attempt to alter how it works.

The company takes reasonable measures to keep the website running continuously and without errors, but is not liable for interruptions, network failures or damage caused by harmful elements beyond its control. Anyone who uses the website is responsible for the use they make of it and for the services they purchase.

The processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy, and the use of cookies by the cookie policy.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Juzgados y Tribunales de Santa Cruz de Tenerife (the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife), unless the user is a consumer, in which case the jurisdiction granted to them by Article 90.2 of Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (the Spanish Consumer Protection Act) applies.
